Project Management and Contract Administration.
IPM Limited were appointed by Jersey Airport to Project Manage replacement fire hydrant pumps and associated pipework, valves, electrical works and control system.The pumps are located airside on the airfield in a chamber below ground level, works included ventilation, lighting and roof works.IPM Limited had various tasks which they needed to provide.These include:
Obtain client brief and work closely with project team to achieve objectives working within Airport procedures.
Issue of tender documentation, marking returned tenders.
Establish project programme and monitor progress, provide contract administration services.
Monitoring the completion of M&E works, attend testing and commissioning, monitor rectification of defects before final payment.
The project was completed on time meeting the client's requirements and was within budget.
