IPM Limited were appointed to oversee the development of this project in Port Erin in the Isle of Man. The building has 8 apartments with associated parking and was a timber frame new build with external block work and masonry.The development included a central lift, fire alarm and sprinkler installation all to meet building control and NHBC requirements.The purpose for the apartments were originally aimed for the elderly (55+). Currently the apartments are being used as self-catering holiday lets.
