IPM Limited were appointed by Lloyds TSB Offshore Limited to provide an initial report on the development including the scheme design and viability.During construction IPM Limited provided regular site inspections and reports to the bank which consisted of:

• Valuation of the works in progress.

• Commentary on progress and quality control.

• Review of expenditure against cash flow.

• Review of all statutory approvals and consents.

Callows Yard was officially opened in the presence of Chief Minister and member of the House of Keys for Castletown, Tony Brown.
