IPM Ltd served as the Pre-Contract Project Sponsor and Health & Safety Project Coordinator (HSPC) for the redevelopment of The Limes, a former health and social housing facility, following its acquisition by Andium Homes.

The Project involved a comprehensive refurbishment of the existing building, which now features 12 mondernised apartments alongside 130 newly constructed dwellings. The redevelopment also includes basement parking and landscaped communal gardens, creating a vibrant residential community.

As Project Sponsor, IPM oversaw the pre-contract phase, guiding the project management team, organising roles and managing the procurement of the design team. We also coordinated financial compliance and technical audits, ensuring recommendations were implemented. In addition, IPM acted as the HSPC on site to ensure compliance with the Construction Regulations.
