IPM were delighted to Project Manage the refurbishment of four blocks of high-rise estate (a total 224 apartments), over a three-year period, to exceed Modern Facilities standards and improve overall safety & amenity of the buildings and surroundings.

Each apartment received a new kitchen, bathroom, heating system, and a full rewire & plumb, decoration, flooring and Category III Sprinkler System installation. The common areas also received replacement lifts including cutting an access on each floor so that the two lifts now stop at every floor, fire doors, decoration, flooring, Category III Sprinklers and automatic opening vent (AOV) systems.
