IPM were delighted to Project Manage the delivery of the new Client Services Centre for Andium Homes Limited.

The ground breaking design, led by PF+A, took into consideration clients needs and the ability to offer both traditional and digital services in an open office environment. Particular attention was placed on combining hospitality interior architecture, corporate open office deign and biophilics to achieve a calm and inviting atmosphere and elevate client experience.

IPM coordinated design information with the client and architect before appointing the Principal Contractor, Style Interiors, following a tender process. Style Office supplied desks, office & meeting furniture. Their Interiors team completed the work to a very high standard and were instrumental in overcoming the various challenges associated with delivering such a detailed project.

Our involvement throughout the project included programme management, contract administration, onsite coordination, and the undertaking of the role of Health & Safety Project Coordinator (HSPC).
